La taille et la puissance du moteur est limit\u00e9es \u00e0 sa tension d&rsquo;alimentation 400V ou 240V \u00e0 l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e du variateur de vitesse.<\/p>\n<p>Le variateur de fr\u00e9quences permet d&rsquo;effectuer les tests automatis\u00e9s \u00e0 plusieurs vitesses. Pour des puissances jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 4 Kw, le variateur peut \u00eatre aliment\u00e9 \u00e0 partir d&rsquo;un r\u00e9seau monophas\u00e9. Mais pour des valeurs de puissance plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es, un r\u00e9seau triphas\u00e9 est normalement n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"\">R\u00e9ducteur de vitesse<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>La sortie du moteur est r\u00e9duite avec une bo\u00eete de r\u00e9duction. La vitesse maximale de l&rsquo;arbre de sortie doit \u00eatre comprise entre 300 et 500 tr \/ min.<br \/>\nNotez que bien que la plupart des moteurs \u00e0 induction fonctionnent \u00e0 1450 tr \/ min \u00e0 50 Hz, le VFD peut facilement augmenter cette vitesse jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 presque deux fois (100 Hz), ce qui se traduit par un couple \u00e9lev\u00e9 \u00e0 bas r\u00e9gime (pour une bo\u00eete de r\u00e9duction de 300 tr \/ min) et une vitesse accrue. pour permettre de tester l&rsquo;amortisseur \u00e0 des vitesses plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es avec une petite r\u00e9duction de la puissance totale<\/p>\n<h2>La jauge de contrainte.<\/h2>\n<p>Une cellule de charge est un transducteur qui convertit la force exerc\u00e9e en compression et en traction en signaux \u00e9lectriques analogiques. Une cellule de charge fix\u00e9e \u00e0 la traverse sup\u00e9rieure mesurera la force exerc\u00e9e sur l&rsquo;amortisseur.<\/p>\n<p><center><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-responsive img-rounded\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sportdevices.com\/img\/load cell.jpg\" \/><\/center><\/p>\n<h2>M\u00e9canisme<\/h2>\n<p>Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un syst\u00e8me \u00e0 manivelle et bielle.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019inconv\u00e9nient de ce m\u00e9canisme est qu&rsquo;il ne produit pas un mouvement parfaitement sinuso\u00efdale mais ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne est diminu\u00e9 par la grande longueur de la bielle utilis\u00e9e et il n&rsquo;est pas n\u00e9cessaire d&rsquo;avoir un mouvement sinuso\u00efdale parfait pour faire l&rsquo;analyse des amortisseurs.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;avantage du syst\u00e8me est sa simplicit\u00e9 et sa haute fiabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2>Contr\u00f4le de la temp\u00e9rature<\/h2>\n<p>Il est possible de contr\u00f4ler et enregistrer l&rsquo;\u00e9volution la temp\u00e9rature de l&rsquo;amortisseur.
