Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une AV78 construite entre mars 1957 et octobre 1958, mod\u00e8le luxe \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9poque puisqu&rsquo;elle disposait du premier variateur de vitesse, d&rsquo;une suspension arri\u00e8re \u00e0 coulisses, d&rsquo;un double \u00e9clairage \u00e0 l&rsquo;avant du timbr\u00e9lec (sonnette \u00e9lectrique) et d&rsquo;un compteur de vitesse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce mod\u00e8le est l&rsquo;une des premi\u00e8re AV78 peinte en bleu (apr\u00e8s celle couleur mastic) et elle a encore toutes les particularit\u00e9s du prototype comme:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>un embrayage simple action (il faut p\u00e9daler pour l&rsquo;enclencher)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>un variateur \u00e0 6 billes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>un compas + ressort \u00e0 compression pour tenir la courroie en tension avec le variateur<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>une poulie en aluminium<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>les moyeux avant et arri\u00e8re enti\u00e8rement d\u00e9montables<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la couronne dans laquelle passent les rayons de roue<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>le tube de selle est forg\u00e9 sans soudure (dit tube Coca-Cola)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>un p\u00e9dalier de grand diam\u00e8tre (\u00e0 cause de l&#8217;embrayage simple action)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>une boite \u00e0 outil ronde apparue au passage de la couleur mastic \u00e0 la couleur bleue<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une boulonnerie h\u00e9t\u00e9roclite avec des tailles et des pas de filetage divers et vari\u00e9s qui rendent la reconstruction \u00e0 l&rsquo;identique plut\u00f4t laborieuse. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019ann\u00e9e suivante, l&rsquo;AV78 \u00e9tait \u00e9quip\u00e9e du Mobymatic (embrayage \u00e0 double action) qui a perdur\u00e9 jusqu&rsquo;au derni\u00e8res mobylettes de la marque avec le rappel du moteur par un ressort en \u00e9pingle. Un simplification de montage et rationalisation de tout un tas de petits d\u00e9tails ont fait par la suite de l&rsquo;AV78 et de l&rsquo;AV79 (sans suspension AR) un vrai succ\u00e8s Apr\u00e8s sablage, la rouille a piqu\u00e9 m\u00e9chamment le m\u00e9tal. Ici il y a les pi\u00e8ces d&rsquo;une AV78 et d&rsquo;une AV79. Pour les plus assidus on peut voir la diff\u00e9rence de certaines entre les 2 mod\u00e8les. Les bagues de serrage des coulisses de suspension par exemple ou l&rsquo;\u00e9crou (30 ou 32) sous la fourches . Il y a toujours un boulon ou une pi\u00e8ce qui n&rsquo;est pas d&rsquo;origine. Un vrai d\u00e9lire d&rsquo;ing\u00e9nieurs qui \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9poque n&rsquo;avaient pas de contrainte de co\u00fbt pour l&rsquo;industrialisation et l&rsquo;entretien de la mob. Le ressort (non mont\u00e9 sur la photo) est compress\u00e9 dans un tube dont la longueur est r\u00e9glable facilement. Le compas permet de maintenir l&rsquo;alignement lat\u00e9ral du moteur sur toute la course du vario.  A noter que la fixation haute du moteur se fait par la culasse avec un axe et 2 roulements \u00e0 aiguilles. Sur les premiers mod\u00e8les (Novi 5296) le trou est plus petit car l&rsquo;\u00e9cartement des bobines n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas r\u00e8glable.<br \/>Donc attention lorsque vous cherchez ce type de bobine, choisissez la bonne r\u00e9f\u00e9rence.<br \/>La Novi 8138 peut se monter \u00e0 la place de La Novi 5296 avec une entretoise mais pas l&rsquo;inverse.<br \/>La coque de protection de ces bobines est tr\u00e8s souvent fissur\u00e9e et devient sensible \u00e0 l&rsquo;humidit\u00e9.
